
Crunchy Garbanzo Snack

Ingredients:
Garbanzo Beans (Chick Peas), oil, salt, optional seasonings
Open, drain, and rinse one can of garbanzo beans. Pat the beans dry with a towel. Toss in just enough oil to coat and then add salt. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes, stirring every ten minutes. When done, beans will be crunchy.
Optional: during the last ten minutes of cooking, add any other desired seasoning. This could be ranch, taco seasoning, bbq rub, etc. Do not add the seasoning when you add the salt, as it will inhibit the beans getting crunchy.
