Policies Ideas and Positions
As a Township Board Member, Julie's goal would be to assist the Trustee to ensure that taxpayer dollars are well spent and that services are rendered in a timely and equitable manner. In addition, she believes that all Township Trustees and their services need to be more visible in Owen County and would advocate for making that happen.

About
Julie holds a day job as Executive Editor, where she develops textbook materials for elementary and middle grade students. She is also active with the Owen County Garden Club and with Spencer Main Street, Inc. Both of those organizations make her feel as if she can make a difference in this community. She sees Spencer’s charm, but also sees opportunities for improvement. And that improvement stretches from downtown revitalization all the way to ensuring that any and all citizens who need help are able to get it. Serving as a Township Board member is just a small way to help this happen.
