About
Jon Q Test was born and raised in Owen County and the Summer of 1979, and after attending college at Purdue in agriculture sciences, he returned to the family farm. After years of seeing the family farm diminishing under the policies of the current administrations, he decided to run for local office to make a difference for the people of Owen County.
